Calibrations

Our calibration technicians are highly qualified with over 15 years of experience. We perform on site calibrations for metering of steam, chill water, and electricity.

We maintain our own calibration equipment yearly to ensure accurate metering for our customers. Our tools can calibrate most equipment including legacy transmitters. Most of the equipment we calibrate are smart transmitters, usually Rosemount Hart protocol, but we can service many different types of equipment.

Customers who provide utilities must calibrate their metering by third party, we will perform that task.

Array Systems has integrated flow metering for campuses and utilities for billing purposes. Many old mechanical flow meters were replaced with electronic transmitters, which were interfaced back to the SCADA through the existing campus networks. This incorporated minimal wiring runs and great cost savings for the customer. Array continues to perform routine calibrations and maintenance for these systems.
