Array Systems worked with Chesapeake Utilities Corporation and with the project engineers to
design a functional control room to monitor and control the CHP and SCADA systems at one
location. Redundant HMI Servers were installed for both the CHP and SCADA systems, assuring
continuous control and monitoring if a server fails. Separate Rockwell FactoryTalk Historians
were installed for the CHP and SCADA systems. Array Systems was continuously onsite during the startup and commissioning of the project performing loop checks, calibrating field devices, tuning control loops, and perform training to the operators.
